2025 WB Prom Ambassador Information

What is a Prom Ambassador?

Prom Ambassadors join us in spreading the excitement about prom trends, fashions, and amazing sales for WB Formals! Our 2025 Prom Ambassadors need to bring their style, energy, and outgoing personality to the table. We want individuals who are passionate about modeling, snapping selfies, and engaging on social media. Get pumped to help connect with girls in your community, guiding them to their dream dress, and helping guys find the perfect prom suit! As Prom Ambassadors, you'll champion our mission of empowering every girl to shine in a dress that makes them feel stunning, no matter their budget, or anything else! Female Ambassadors will get the chance to showcase stunning gowns and accessories from Wedding Belles, while male Ambassadors will rock the latest suits for our advertising campaigns. Let's make prom season unforgettable together!

How are Prom Ambassadors Chosen?

We will be accepting applications until 8/31/24 and select the Ambassadors based on the following requirements:

• Must complete the application online by October 1, 2024.

• Must be a Junior or Senior enrolled in a Clarksville Montgomery County High School. We also accept applicants from surrounding county high schools (Stewart, Houston, Dickson, Cheatham, and Robertson Counties in TN as well as Christian, Trigg, and Todd Counties in KY) This includes both PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS.

• Must feel comfortable posting on social media and being posted on various social media platforms for Wedding Belles. (if under 18, you must have a parent willing to give permission for pictures to be shared on social media platforms)

• Must have public social medias with followings.

• Must follow @wbformals and @weddingbellestn.

• Be able to come to Wedding Belles 6 times for various photo shoots, trainings, and meetings between October 10 - April 17.

• If you play a sport or have a commitment you will not be able to miss or work around, this probably isn't for you. :(

• Commit to share WB Formals Posts at least twice per week once the content creations begins.

• Must be able to attend and participate in the Prom Runway Show on January 18, 2025 here in Clarksville, TN.

• Each ambassador will be required to sell a minimum of 5 tickets to the Runway Show ($5.00 per ticket)

We have a runway show which takes place in January. All ambassadors will be given tickets to sell. We have done this show since 2020 and it has grown each year! We will take formal pics, document some behind the scenes with selfies, pics, and videos! Oh yeah and have a ton of fun! Never walked a runway? Don't stress it! We will have a runway training day! THIS EVENT IS MANDATORY TO BE AN AMBASSADOR!

Benefits:

Every ambassador will receive a discount on their Prom attire AFTER the runway show.

Whichever ambassador sells the most runway show tickets will receive a FREE prom dress (up to $400.00) or a FREE tux rental!

Referral program treats!

You'll be given referral cards. When your friends come in and purchase a gown, they will receive a discount and you will receive special treats too!
